Update -
We fully appreciate the importance of the services we provide to your business and the urgency to restore them.
Whilst the root cause of the issue affecting IT systems globally causing widespread disruption is out of our control, our technical teams have been mobilised since early this morning to identify impacted systems and take appropriate action.
Our systems are now coming back online, however please note there may be some 3rd Party systems that may still be affected.
If you are still experiencing issues please log a ticket through our support portal, or via support@ekm.com.

As widely reported in the media, you may or may not be aware of an ongoing issue affecting IT systems globally causing widespread disruption. Whilst this issue is out of our control, we know that regrettably the services of our customers have been impacted and we are monitoring the situation very closely.
